Woo hoo!  This is my first attempt at fanfic.  In a desparate effort to clear my writer's block, I became terribly addicted to the stuff.  There I was, saying, "Self, you could do this.  You already know you can write fiction about made up people, why not about real people in made up situations?  Give it a go!"  Here I am.  I love the little peptalks I have with myself.  They're very theraputic.
